Only regarding the complimentary car wash. Although I understand it is free, I had at least expected it to match the quality of a simple car wash from a car wash facility since this service was coming from a dealership, not just spray water on my car, dry it real quick, and call it a wash. There was dirt and water marks everywhere!

Chris was great, speed of the service was quick and sooner than expected and I believe it’s because they forgot to do the external car wash. I was told that the car would be washed but it wasn’t. Otherwise the service today would have been perfect. Thank you.
