Mark was made on inside of windshield asked for it to be cleaned off not done when other work was done, it’s some kind of adhesive from inspection sticker

Donna displayed good customer service. I paid for a service part. I’m still waiting for a phone call, letting me know the part came in.

The work took about an hour. Oil changed, rotated and balanced the tires. Multi-point inspection did not indicate any other work were necessary. Very professional and well done!

Jim is a pro...he made the routine service appointment experience very pleasant...fist time I was ever asked "when would you like to pick up your car?". When I am ready to get my tow package installed,. I will ask Jim for help.

I asked about coupons as I just moved and any I have are packed and my mail has not caught up with me. He said he’d give me a 10% discount. When I got the bill it said 438. I asked about the discount so he redid it and it came to 438. I told him it was the same and he said it wasn’t. I told him I wanted to see the old one and he said he shredded it. He put it in a trash can but it was really obvious that there was no sound of a shredder ( I do a lot of shredding). So I added up everything individually and added the taxes and it didn’t add up. The total of parts and labor and taxes was less ran 438. There was a charge for ~36 that the checkout person said for was disposal of fluids. I had brakes changed and tires rotated. So I think he adjusted the amounts and tried to fool me then he lied. II paid it and when I came out he was gone. Probably ran for the hills as I would have asked him. I will NEVER come there again and I will NOT recommend anyone else does either. I can not handle being lied to when it is obvious. Not even really sure I needed front and rear break pads after a state inspection said I did..,, that could have been a lie too. No trust in you. You all killed that when I caught him in a lie. Shame on you.

You guys are the very best. Can't thank Bethany enough for taking such good care of our service needs. You took an otherwise stressful situation, and turned it into a huge positive. Thank you isn't enough.
