It took a bit for my water pump to come in, but once it was in the car was fixed in no time. A big thank you to Donna and her team for listening to my husband daily asking about the part and for taking care of my car.

Air filter and car filter excellent 10/10. Tire pressure gauge still showing up even after evaluation and it was gone for 5 min but returned upon an few miles on the highway. Will call tmrw to see if anything else can be done.

I will add that the service advisor in the front is extremely rude and should not be the first face a customer should see if she’s unhelpful. I cannot remember her name, but she’s a caucasian lady with blond crinkly or **** hair. She doesn’t greet customers and has an attitude when you try to ask a question. I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, bybTim Clark, who is amazing and referred a family member to purchase a car here, and I would love to purchase another vehicle within the next 2 years. Please put this rude service advisor in the back. Michael greeted me and was helpful as well as My service advisor, who was in fact Jordan Pellerito. I truly hope Donna is not the rude lady
