My paperwork said I declined a service.I was never told about the service but when I got home and was going over the paperwork I saw where it stated that the customer declined the service which is not true as as I was never informed of the suggested service.

Outstanding service! I brought it in for a noise issue. The technician found the problem extremely fast and had it corrected within a few hours. The initial estimate was close to $1200 however, they found one of the parts that was originally thought to be bad was able to be easily repaired and put back into service. They could have just as easily charged me for a new part however, they did not. I appreciate the honesty, polite, professional and outstanding service.

only needed oil change and state inspection but took almost 2 1/2 hours which is unusually long for that service. Then when I got home I discovered that they did not replace the state inspection sticker so I had to bring it back in the next day And still had to wait a while
