I ask the service writer to have the AC checked because the wife was saying it was not blowing cold to her. So he went to get a thermometer to check the temp of the air coming out of the vents. Then he said it was blowing at like 58deg. Well as a AC Tech that I am and when a customer ask to check the ac I would hook up guages to verify it has the correct charge of refrigerant in the system. Also I was willing to pay for the service. As I have bought 4 cars from this dealership and now the service department is slowly going down hill. Thank you for your time reading this.
