I was there over 2 and 1/2 hours. No one said what was going on. Never waited that long for a tire rotation and oil change. Found out when it was done that they were working on the light that was on under warranty. Found out that Jose is no longer working there. It just seems more chaotic than it use to be the last couple of times I’ve been there.

No follow up on part ordered. Had to call myself to find out statues. When car was in for service was stated it should take about one hour. After two hours of waiting (not at dealer) called in on the statues of car. Was told paper work had been turned in about 6 minutes ago and to head on up and I should get a call. Waited at dealer for about an hour called the dealer for statues update on car. Eventually a Karen got on the phone and stated “I was lucky I got my car in when I didn’t have an appointment”. I replied i did have an appointment for 1:15pm. She then said if the systems have not been communicating. Never have had an experience like this and even though I receive the free oil change and inspection for like I will be doing my business elsewhere.

It has nothing to do with the sales woman who helped me but I waited for an hour an a half for an inspection. I had an appointment at 345 and wasn’t done until 515. Also I waited another good 10 minutes in my car in the bay because there was another vehicle parked in front of mine. No one offered to move it, no one apologized for the inconvenience or anything. I ended up backing up out of the bay.

Was told vehicle was washed. Got all the way back to Ft. Eustis exit when I realized that they hadn’t even touched it!! Needless to say I was pissed and did a u-turn and returned to the service guy. His attitude was sorry we’ll wash it!! I let him know that wasn’t enough!! I paid $24.95 for a tire rotation and let him know that I wanted that back!! With an attitude he asked “ will that make you happy “??? So also with an attitude I let him know that I’d be happier than I was at the moment!! He silently did the paperwork and walked me to the cashier and neither of us spoke from then on!! A damn oil change doesn’t cost that much and I’m not willing to put up with that type of treatment much less purchase another vehicle from Priority!! We have purchased two in the past and son purchased one!!!
