I never write reviews BUT I must say I had the BEST service from Mrs. Kieran. A mechanic from another shop messed up my tire and wheel assembly and she went ABOVE and beyond to help me get those issues fixed directly from him. Her experience and compassion made it 0 hassle on my end. She called me regularly to update me, remembered me by name and made me feel like she had it all taken care of. I feel like I've known her forever she just loves her job and helping everyone. I know my car is in good hands if she has it. ALSO Don the service manager I believe was very helpful as well, showed the mechanic at the other shop where he went wrong and sided with me on the damages. Everyone I encountered loved their job! A $1000+ repair was fixed at $0 cost to me because of Kieran! I had to give her a hug when everything was finished. Thanks again Mrs. Kieran!! Give her a promotion!!!
