The service received today was good but the problem still exists with my vehicle. I originally bought it in to be diagnosed for a noise that it makes in the front end. I was told it was my front brakes and rotors needed to be turned, and the splash guard. Had the work done on both recommendations and car still makes the same noise especially rolling over bumps.

Jim was great this morning, but whom ever did the service on my vehicle for the interior/exterior and under carriage spray needs to pay more attention to DETAIL. I am in contact with Carla and she is doing anything she can to make it right! For the money for the package it needs to be right a d detail is important!!!

I was disappointed that my car was not washed. More importantly is I need a new tire, nail, and I declined at that point. $$ cost. I couldn’t get. However I asked at the cashier, when I come back to have tire installed, I was told I would have to pay for installation.
