I brought my car in under warranty. Gas gage wasn't working. That was fixed. Had another problem, service man checked it out, found nothing wrong, and still charged me $87.50.

I wasn’t upset with technician being out so long. Even though it took over 4 days to do a job I was told would be 1 1/2 days I was more concerned with lack of communication about what was going and the what progress was being made. I drove all the way down there to find out the technician was out. A phone call would have been appreciated so I wouldn’t go there for nothing. More communication is needed.

First, my service receipt from April 22, 2025 states "Complimentary Tire Rotations For The Life Of The Tires". When I mentioned this at the service department they said that wasn't the case.The tires are the original set that was on the car when i purchased it new.Therefore, I was charged for the rotation. I returned to my vehicle and looked at the return sticker they had placed on my windshield. The brakes had been marked in the yellow down from green with no notification or explanation before cashing me out. Lastly, this is small and somewhat pretty, however, they couldn't take the time to remove the last service sticker from my windshield and just slapped the new one on top of the old one. Tacky and not very professional. This was not a pleasant visit and I'm still not happy. My visit was 8/5/2025 and I wanted to return today 8/6/2025 to express my dissatisfaction. However, I did not for fear of over speaking my feelings. Thank you for the chance to let someone know that I wasn't pleased with my visit. Stephanie M
