I dropped the vehicle off Thursday at noon. I received a text at 3 saying I would be informed about the progress of my vehicle. I heard nothing further. I texted at 9:10 Friday morning and got a call almost immediately promising she would call me within 30 minutes as soon as technician hhad done some measuring. An hour later, I texted again and she called in response to my text. I approved the work but said I needed the car by 3. She said that was probable. I received a text around noon saying we were on target for time and the car would be ready by 3. I arrived at 3:20 and the car wasn’t ready. At 3:45, Jess said the recall had not been done but she Promised it would be no more than 30 minutes. At 4:30, I was paying for my car.

No one greets you when you show up for service appt. you have to look for someone. They did not wash the car after service but say come back within 90 days for car wash. Lame. And way too many texts. Stop bugging.

Courtesy call would be nice if there is a delay on the service. I had to call twice to talk to the service advisor. Never got a call back. I had to call back the next day to get a status.

It was suppose to be a 4 hour service job and turned into me having to call several times to find out the status of my car. It made that day very difficult given I finally heard back at 3pm (dropped off my car at 8am). If there were issues with my car, it should have been communicated. To not hear back left me feeling concerned and not sure what was going on. When I finally heard from my service advisor, she told me "I thought I texted you." I did get a call from a sales person about 30 minutes after dropping off my car "in reference to my car in for service." I would suggest you wait until after somebody gets a car back to reference somebody's car in for service. Overall displeased with the experience.
