Gabby was instrumental in obtaining warranty information on a previously paid for service ( from a different Subaru dealer), which allowed me to get a refund from them, so I could then pay her dealership for the “real” car issue. I will definitely go there again, thanks to Gabby!

I was told by my advisor (Jessica) that my car was going to be done around 2pm. No phone calls about any delays. First time I called, spoke w someone and would let my advisor aware (Jessica) that I had called about my car. This was at 2pm. I waited until 230pm for her to call me back. She never did and decided to call you guys again. I spoke to one of the personnel in service department and was able to find out that my car wasn't going to be ready until 4pm. The reason for trying to get my car around two is that to NOT hit traffic on the way to orange county, and also to NOT use the loaner car. Had I gotten a courtesy call about the delay, I would have left early and not worry about it. So far she's 0/2. Meaning this is the second time she did this to me. I do appreciate her giving me a wash voucher the first time. However, I'd rather much be informed about the delays rather than getting free stuff. Also, I didn't realize you guys stopped giving courtesy car wash after service, which isn't a big deal.

Jason provided top notch service and we were quite pleased to have him handling the repair process for us. He communicated in real time and kept us updated at each step, He was honest in his assessment of what needed to be repaired right away vs. what could wait until the next service appointment. He provided us with a nice loaner vehicle so we weren’t without a car for four days. He also set up a service appointment for our other Subaru. He genuinely cares about his customers and made us feel welcomed and pampered. Thank you Jason!

Gabriela did a great job. One concern - not about her- battery test you ran said our battery needed replacement. Battery is 13 months old, came from AAA. Had them test it. Battery tests fine - no problem. Tech says this happens often. That’s a problem and a concern. Why would dealer’s test indicate a problem but AAA says ok. Battery testing isn’t rocket science.. Thanks
