I believe your greeting of new customers needs to be streamlined. Everyone should be greeted, their name should be taken and they should be served in order that they arrived. If appointments have been made all papers should be printed ahead of time and ready to go. Changes could be handwritten and then reprinted while the service was being performed. We had an appointment but we were shuffled off to the fast track person. So, two people who arrived after us got served first.

It’s was fine until I had to wait for almost 45 min for a loaner car, If somebody would have ask me to wait Then it would be ok. Then when it was time to pick up the car again they didn’t let me know that the car was ready And No car wash? What happen to the good old days a t Kirby???

Completely satisfied is a bit of an overstatement since this was the second time we had to bring car in for recall repair to passenger side airbags. But this is not an issue with Kirby Subaru generally, or Jason specifically. Still, we were not at all pleased to learn we were driving a car with a defective airbag, and potentially putting passengers at serious risk of injury (had defective airbag ever deployed), ever since the first recall repair. I’m sure some others were not so fortunate due to Takata’s (the airbag manufacturer’s) gross negligence.
