Sending us messages that my car is in good hands while I'm about to drive away from the dealership drop off is just annoying. Texting to say call if you have any questions an hour before planned pickup makes no sense when the parts didn't arrive at 8AM. Shouldn't it have been pointed out by someone at pickup that an item "requiring immediate attention-failed" and another "may need future attention" were noted on service technicians Inspection Sheet? Not having parts available for a scheduled recall fix is an issue.

Just moved from Annapolis MD to Ojai, so my 1st visit to Kirby Subaru was to the Service Department. I was greeted by Jess Sanchez who did a quick computer lookup on my 2016 Legacy. She was very friendly but totally businesslike in understanding why I was there, what I needed, how Kirby would resolve the issues, how much it would cost, etc. She lined up a loaner (my service window started late in the day), and promised my car back the next day. Everything Jess did was wildly professional -- and I would rate her #1 or #2 of ALL the service-advisors I've experienced in my 50+ years of car ownership. (Hint to Kirby Management: Give this woman a raise, and position her to run all your Service Advisors!) 5-stars hands down. Thank you Jess.

Yes, Jess was friendly and very helpful. She greeted me right away and was able to get my car in to service in a timely manner. Jess’s estimate of how long the service was going to take was accurate. She greeted me again at the cashier area when my car was ready. This was my first time at this dealership and by far this was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend your dealership for any of my Subaru needs.
