Took quite a while to repair flat but you were busy. As we left, we noted tire problem light was still on. Had to get tech with computer to reset the warning. But, all was done without an appointment and in between a full house of service bays! Thanks.

I had an appointment for a recall and a brake light indicator on my dash. The car was supposed to be returned to me at noon. At noon Dennis called to say the mechanic had to work on the car to resolve the brake light issue. I heard nothing and called around 430pm and was told they'd call me back. I called again at 5pm, and was told they'd call me back because they were too busy. I called again at 515pm only to find out they would need to keep the car overnight and I had no loaner car, and had to make arrangements for rides from people to get home. They did not offer a loaner to me when telling me the car had to stay there. The next day I heard nothing by noon so I had to call again to get a status. When I asked what was wrong with the car all I was told was "it was a programming error," which isn't a lot of information on why it took so long to resolve the issue. The work on the car is satisfactory and there are no issues now. But the customer service part of it could have been handled a lot better.

This was our first service on our brand new outback. I had mistakenly applied the rear tire pressures to the front and vice a versa. Your technician was right on the money and saw this mistake and corrected it back to the way it should’ve been. I’m impressed. Great service
