This was my first experience with the Kirby Subaru service department. We just bought the car in July. I was very appreciative of Dennis and his help in guiding me through the process. He clearly explained what was going to happen and was accurate in his estimation of timing. He knew I was coming from out of town and made my trip as smooth as possible.
