Very awkward waiting spot for people needing service. But honestly everyone there is so incredibly nice and helpful. I never mind coming in to get serviced.

Only thing I’d recommend is having a clearer place to check in for service. I had an appointment and I wasn’t helped until 15 min after because it was hard to track down a service employee due to being busy. Other than that, everything was great!

2nd appointment that I made to get my second key for my 2020 Outback purchased in December. After the first unsuccessful appointment, I made this one. I was told it would take 45 minutes. After I waited for 45 minutes, I was then told they needed more time to await a return phone call from Subaru for a code.
Then I went through the hassle of getting a loaner car for what I thought would be another 30 - 40 minutes. At 45 minutes, I received a text saying it would take more time. Then 10 minutes later I received a text saying it was ready. Are these two texts coordinated? Or completely different? When I arrived, my car was missing!!! It took them 25 minutes to find it! I had a horrible experience. And this was my first experience with Subaru service. What a disaster!
