Jason is great. I ask for him as my service advisor when I come to Kirby. Also, everyone there is wonderful. Friendly. Smiling. Helpful. I love going to Kirby. If I ever get a new car, I'll check them first. And it will definitely be a Subaru! Thank you all. I LOVE my Outback. And am so glad I have a service place I can trust and that does good work.

Jess was awesome. However, when I picked my car up I went into the service office and two men were talking and didn’t take the time to help me. I stood there for 10 min and when another tech got off the phone I asked for help she told me to take a seat until Jess got back. How hard was it for any of the other techs to find out my reason for being there?! Great customer service involves all the dept to help; not the tech you are assigned to.

For some reason they pulled my personal key chain from the car keys

My experience at your dealership ship was excellent. I stop by without an appointment because my low tire pressure indicator was on..
