She knew exactly what we were talking about and added her expertise to guide us through the service, telling us what time we could expect our vehicle. I am pleasantly but I’m guess not surprised that she was right on the button with timing. Delivering the vehicle was easy, and she gave us a full rundown of what expired. Service department lost my car key and I was sitting in the waiting area for two hours before I was even told that my car hadn’t been serviced yet, and the keys still weren’t found. I was given a service loaner vehicle which was good.
Got my car back and it was dirty... no car wash...? I asked why and they said they’re not doing washes as a courtesy service any longer...? Whaaat? I got a car wash voucher for somewhere else but who wants to get their car back from the dealership unwashed? Not me. I’ll be going somewhere else if this is the case. Every car dealership I’ve ever gone to has washed my vehicle before giving it back.
