I am very pleased how Mr Paul Gray personally handled my car problem. From scheduling my appointment, making sure I had a loaned car to get me to work while my car was service, and finally explaining clearly to my understanding of what was actually wrong with it. I am very happy with Ventura Subaru service team every time I bring my Forester in for service. Thank you again Paul.

I was assisted by Jason Chesbrough. I waited in the lounge from 1:15 until 5, thinking that since other people had come and gone from the lounge that it must have just been a busy day. Eventually, I went to go ask Jason why it was taking so long and he asked me who had been assisting me. When I told him it was HIM, he seemed confused and took me to the cashier desk. My car had been ready for hours, and the paperwork was just sitting there. I'm less angry about waiting there for so long, and more upset about the fact that when Jason realized what had happened, he failed to apologize and while I looked visibly exhausted, lectured me on the protocol for services on leased vehicles. If he had been more apologetic, I would've understood if it was a slip-up. Instead he just seemed unfazed that I had sat there for over 3 hours and he didn't even realize he was the one assisting me.
