I wish the communication was better. I was told I would be contacted and then wasn’t. I feel like I had to bother people to find out information about my car and then it felt like I was being a pain to them... it was not great.

I, due to my training and experience working in retail, value and recognize when customer service are valued by a company. Unfortunately upon my entrance to the Subaru service advisors office I was not acknowledged until after a couple minutes upon walking in, even though there were two associates at that time inside. Granted they were working with other customers and provided me eye contact, it was not till an older gentleman (advisor) walked into the office and stated “we’’ll be with you shortly”. I know that things can get moving inside of that office, as I have seen it times before but it does help reassure a customer like myself, that recognition is valued.
