I was a little concerned when I showed up at the dealership and was not greeted right away. Once Gabby took over, though, I felt like she was holding my hand through the entire experience. She was very thorough and even asked permission to use her personal phone to conduct business with me when the dealership's phones went down (she was very professional!). The rest of the Kirby Subaru personnel were equally friendly and attentive. This includes Gabby at the payment desk, as well as the technician looking at the vehicles and also the receptionist (?) who held my keys for a late pickup. Thank you!

We were waiting on a phone call to let us know the car was finished. We came back to the dealer at 3pm and a young lady asked us if we needed help. We said yes we were checking on our cross trek, she said it’s been done but out service rep was out to lunch and she (the young lady helping us) was not aloud to call customers. Kirby should have a process in place so that the customer CAN be notified as soon as their car is ready. It need not be dependent on a single employee it’s not their fault that a system is not in place to help them with this process. I have purchased/ leased at least 7 Subaru’s from Kirby and will continue to do so. Thank you Roland C
