There was a problem though — the charge was more than he emailed to me. I did add a key which I knew would add but the charge for the water pump was more than the email I got. Another employee did get some charges taken care of but it was still more. Was really glad to get my car fixed! I do feel that FORD should absorb the cost on repairing a water pump that they put inside the motor and it goes out after the warranty goes out, that’s just not right. When I first brought it in Trenton asked me if I had 105,000 miles on my car cause that’s when they usually go out . That is a very bad design…
