Normally, the service is great……. But today……. After I was given an appointment and took off work today to get the recalled airbags replaced……. Drove over ……. and the airbags weren’t saved for our car and given to someone else. So, the associate ordered more and let me know they’ll be in soon and make another appointment. The thing is, taking off work is tough. But, the service on my flasher was great! It needs to be stated that we’ve never had any negative results from Arrow Ford. I understand things happen……. Airbag will be repaired soon. Nelson was very helpful.
