After the service I was given a report of multiple inspections on the car and one of them was adjusting the tire pressures. As I was driving home the pressure alert popped up on the dashboard and when I checked them at home I noticed the tires were rotated and no pressure was checked because the ones with lower pressure were in front 32psi and the ones with 35psi were at the back. The problem for me is not the tire pressure but is the reports I received that I cannot trust anymore.

The best service department that we have ever worked with keeps us coming to this Honda Vista location. The entire team seems very customer oriented, which is great! The dealer represents the Honda brand very well. Sal and the others who helped us with service have all been A+. I found that the next closest location which was Honda. Temecula was not the best overall service. I feel as if that dealership service department failed to make a personal long lasting relationship, either as a whole and even through the advisors. I’m great to have this location near to us and to be able to make honest maintenance recommendations.
