I showed up without an appointment for A1 service on a Friday just before 3 p.m. I met with Ernesto, who quoted us a financial and time estimate. When my vehicle was ready, he explained what the inspection found, what we needed to do, and, best part, came in under the estimated wait time and final cost of the A1 service. Ernesto and the gentleman who first checked us in did a great job.
