My car was at the dealer for a couple of days while it was getting fixed due to an oil leak. I was provided a rental car the same day and the entire process was very simple. The check-in process went faster than usual, but there was a little hiccup regarding Service. Normally, you guys ask me before you perform a service and that was not done. It was something my husband would’ve done himself. But in the end, I was told it was covered under my maintenance plan so all is well. FYI, I have taken my car in twice and requested a wash and both times that was not done.
