When I had my car last serviced in April, it was because it was still under warranty and the under the motor shield was falling down as some of the screws have been lost now the car was sold to me with this problem in February and i went back in April for repair, and now in September and during the oil change, I came to find out the whole under motor piece is missing. When I came in for the oil change, I had two Norm Reeves coupons, apparently one was used and the other one was never returned to me, which I might’ve used for the repair of that under the car shield. So I’m feeling kind of angry about the whole thing and I don’t understand the bill, as the first coupon gave me an oil change for $25 and I was charged $40 ; strike two. The Honda dealer in Poway is closest to my home. I’ve already gone to the Honda dealer on convoy Street and their price is cheaper than yours For the installation and the price of the under the car motor shield; strike three.!! Dorothy M

Left the car. On wednesday and no communicaution for a day. Then I called in Thursday afternoon.I was told that more repair needed on the car.And the dealership needs to order more parts. That will take another day. My whole week was changed because of no communication to me and. No I have to bring back the car next week which also changes my schedule.
