Sal is great to work with. He’s professional and courteous. Great customer service.

Bolt holding brake caliper was missing. I believe they did not tighten it enough causing it to fall. The caliper was grinding the inside of the wheel. This could have caused serious injury or death.

John listened to my experience with another local dealership and I felt he had a real interest in the issues which concern me. I look forward to working with John in the future and hopefully to either feel more confident about my vehicle or fix what I consider or fixable irregularities.

The service provided was excellent

I bought my car used 3 days ago, from another Honda dealership in the vicinity. And let’s just say they made me absolutely buy something that was an optional addition to the car. But they kept on making it seem that I have to buy it with the car no matter what if I wanted the car. I should have walked away then but I didn’t now I’m paying extra for a security feature I didn’t even want. And then I found out I had to do a system update on the car. And I talked to a different Honda dealership in the area. They told me that just to inspect my vehicle it would be 180 dollars even though I told them I just need a system update on the infotainment system and that I had the manufacturers warranty on it. I don’t know if it was just a personnel that was untrained or what. So I rescheduled my appointment with Norm Reeves Honda. And the level of customer service and clarity that I got from this store was beyond my expectations. They were all a great help and kept me updated through the process of my car being ready. I just want to say thank you to them for helping me with this easy task and not saying that they might have to charge me 180 just for an inspection of the vehicle. I will be coming back to this store and I don’t think I’m going to concern myself with any other Honda except norm reeves Honda

Hannah was most helpful to me during the process of getting my car fixed.She was very instrumental in getting me a loaner car, so I would not be inconveniently hindered throughout my day to get to doctor appointments and run my daily errands. She also conveyed to me the diagnostic findings by the technician and the cost for repairs. In other words, she made the whole experience for me to be hassle-free within an extremely calm environment. Her altruistic gifts are much appreciated!
