John was great. Kept in great in great communication and explained everything well. My feedback is about the inflexibility of the drop off process. This will make me consider a different option in the future (ie- garage near my house that I trust). You have key drop off for convenience during off hours. Why not make it easy for working customers during business hours? I had a 10:30 appointment today and my work schedule got very busy. I am in full commission sales. This work paid for the vehicle I bought at your location as well as all of the on time maintenance I have paid to date. I came in early to drop off my car so I could make my appointment on time. I asked to drop off my keys so I could leave immediately. I explained the situation. I was told I had to wait in line to check in. Unfortunately- I was boxed in by other cars so could not turn around and leave which I would have done (and driven right to Mike at north county auto). Ultimately- by the time I checked in and got a second uber I got home 7 min late for my work appointment. North county auto was my previous repair shop. They make it EXTREMELY easy for a busy professional to drop off and pick up cars. As I said. I am rethinking my next appointment because I can’t risk this nonsense anymore.

I did my Oil change, tire rotation and alignment but $96 for a Cabin air filter replacement is crazy lol.

One of the services that was supposed to be done wasn't done and it was hard to get a hold of the service advisor because I text the number provided and after looking at the paperwork the question I asked or about the injection service is not on the paperwork so the services was not done

You service person tried to sell me a transmission fluid change when I already had one from Ocean Honda but did give me a complimentry hole in the tire plug he was nice explained everything but don't want to be pressured into domething

Ramez is an excellent guy. It would be a lot easier to call into your phone system and have him in there on the dial by name directory. It’s really ridiculous that he’s not in the system. He is incredibly informative, helpful and kind. He deserves more credit, honestly. You all should definitely fix up that phone system ASAP!
