Hannah‘s lack of communication with me was unsatisfactory. Never replied to any of my text messages never returned any of my phone calls. Someone else had to step in to give me information about my car never received any emails from her.

Ramzy was fine but this is the second time my car was given back to me with outstanding issues. I have to come back tomorrow to get a PCV valve repaired that did not show on the inspection report OR was damaged as part of the service and not found until after I was leaving. In any event, this is very unfortunate. It’s hard to build trust in the dealers own certified repair shop if this occurs. This takes time away from my day to address these issues.
