I brought in my car for a B1 service. When I arrived I mentioned my car has a smart entry system problem as well that I would like to be diagnosed. The B1 service and a transmission fluid change was performed however the smart entry problem wasn’t addressed at all and still had it when I picked the vehicle up. The car also now makes a hissing sound when accelerating over 35 mph, something it didn’t previously do. This now puts me in a situation where I have to schedule another service appointment and spend more time without my vehicle due to maintenance.

It was a 15-minute wait even though I had made an appointment for 10:00. Then they told me it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours for the car to be ready for a simple oil change. They would text or call me. They didn't do either of those at the 2 and 1/2 hour mark. When I tried to call all I got was your automated system. I never did get through to a human being. It was quite disappointing and

He’s very knowledgeable, never searching for a word to explain his thought. That’s a great comfort and then when I was told, I did not have to pay anything for the repair I was over the moon.
