There was a situation where I was trying to get ahold of John while my car was being serviced. I called twice and left a message with a manager as well. Messages were sent through the internal system to John to give me a call back. I wasnt called until my car was done being serviced where John stated he did not receive the messages to return my call. I was very unhappy with this situation and how hard it was to get ahold of my service advisor. Ultimately the situation was remedied but I did not appreciate John’s pushyness for what my car needed in servicing and how the phone call was ignored twice.
