Josue was a gem. He was diligent in making sure the part that's been on backorder for months finally got in. The problem that I took my car in for hasn't been fixed. My issue is in the diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. And after paying so much to get it fixed only to find out that it's not, is severely disappointing.
