Excellent, professional,
timely and friendly service. Real customer service, it didn't feel like they just wanted to get as much money out of me as possible, that's why I let Norm Reeves take care of the repairs that were not under warranty instead of taking it to my usual shop. In this case I didn't mind paying a bit more for the service. My service agent Jessica is the best, it was the second time she was handling things for me and again she outdid herself. Two ????.

Jessica was great with service. I’m just not satisfied with placement of bars. Came in for rails and bars. I carry a kayak on top and bars look close together at the back. May need to come back to adjust bar.
