I felt like Ernesto didn’t communicate very well at all. The day I made an appointment for my vehicle he texted me verse calling about what was wrong with it. I felt that was very unprofessional as I would like an explanation as to why I am having to pay so much as I’m not a car person so I didn’t understand the what the text was saying. I ended up having to call him for an explanation in which I was super upset about. He let me know moving forward the vehicle needed to stay an extra day due to ordering parts I was ok with that and he would call with an update the following day. However the following day it was 11:30am and he hadn’t called with any update . So I went a head and called to see what was going on, when I called I spoke to Jesse he said Ernesto had just gone to lunch and could call me back in about 40mins. I let him know that I was upset with Ernesto as he hadn’t been communicating with me and hadn’t given me any update about what was going on. He was super nice, and he said that he would get an update and call me back. Literally 10mins later he called me back and let me know what was going on. So once Ernesto got back from lunch he called me due to my complaining . He apologized and let me know he had been busy as the person who was working on my car had called out and he was trying to find a new person to take over and again he stated again he had been busy. I simply stated I run my own business. I know what busy is alls I needed was a simple update and to let me know when my car would be done and said goodbye and ended the call. Then he called a few hours later letting me know there had been another delay so my car wouldn’t be ready till the following day. He asked if he could get me a rental and also apologized for the inconvenience and he said I’ll see what I can do about getting you a discount. Also let me know who was going to be taking over my car since he was not working the following day.(This was the best conversation we had).

Made an appointment for an oil change and when I called to make said appointment I was told my first oil change would be free. Upon arriving at norm reeves Honda vista for said oil change I was told that they don’t do that unapologetically and that it’s because they contract a third party to make appointments and it’s their fault. When expressing how I felt about feeling like I was misled in I was told that’s not what happened and I felt like my feelings were invalidated even though the end result was just that, being misled in. When complaining further, I was told “I can give you 10% off that’s it” the way it was expressed felt like he just wanted to be done with the situation and to shut me up about it, it wasn’t offered out of sincerity, but because I made known I was upset at the situation more than once. I asked before leaving my vehicle how long it would be and was told 90 minutes and when calling about the status about an hour and 10 minutes later the response I got was a condescending “ sir like I said before it’s going to be 90 minutes”. I felt insulted like I was wasting his time and did not feel like a valued customer considering I bought my car from this dealership to begin with. Maybe if I received empathy about the situation I would have let it go, but the condescending attitude I received instead made me feel extremely unhappy about everything. As it stands I would not want to get my vehicle serviced here anymore and am seriously considering leaving reviews of what happened on yelp and google + any other review site I find
