I have taken car in to this service center several times already and working with Jesse with the best experience so far. I took my car in for an oil change and had a minor concern about a screeching noise my car would make, on an occasion, when starting my car. I ended up also needing to change my brake fluids and new brake pads. He was pleasant, highly professional, and was thorough at explaining all the results to me. He recommended me to wait until the noise became more consistent, so I can bring it in and they can hear it (because it’s a hit and miss with the noise and the technicians may not hear the noise). Bottom line, Jesse seemed genuine and not one of those people who just wants to overcharge customers with unnecessary service fees, he was professional, knowledgeable, and I hope to work with him next time I come in.

Lack of communication, horrible E.T.A on car delivery. I was told to wait for my car on Tuesday ( the date of the appointment) but I didn’t get an update until I called on Wednesday. Then when I called the that I talked to didn’t know nothing about my car. Still got charge full amount for a service that I think was done Thursday last minute half done. Horrible experience.
