The service took longer than it we were told it was going to take. Our appointment was at 12:30 and we didn’t leave until almost 3:00. Some people who got there after us left the dealership before we did. We were not kept at informed of the status of our vehicle. The service was good and our vehicle runs great, but the time to perform the service could have been better.
