came to do an oil change a month ago, and last week my car suffered an engine failure. I pulled the dipstick out of my engine and it was dry. I was told that there was no leaks, (SO WHERE DID ALL THE OIL GO) I was told it wouldn’t make sense to do a multi- point inspection even tho I have a receipt saying they would. i was also told that the engine MAY have burned all the oil (3.5 Qts) within that month time frame. I was given a bunch of hypotheticals with no real answer as to why my engine started knocking, this was poor business and showed heavy incompetence with in the servicing of my vehicle. i was left with the choice to pay more money than the vehicle is worth to fix it. So I decided to sell for what ever cash I could get for it. this dealership will not be recommended by me or anyone that has Honda
