I previously had a bad experience with Norm Reeves service department, I had swore not to use your services ever again. Due to scheduling conflicts I ended up having to roll the dice and use your services today instead of my preferred service shop. I have to give props to Cristian because he did an awesome job checking me in, going over the needed services, reaching out to me with optional services without aggressive up selling, and ultimately informing me when the car was ready and results of the services performed.

I believe customer service goes a long way! I typically get my car serviced at Honda in Hemet, but after my first experience at Honda vista, I returned today, and Honda vista exceeded my expectations! From the very first gentleman who came out to greet me, (Christian), to Josue Villegas, both were both professional and knowledgeable. I went in due to a service warning, and I was out in a timely manner. Definitely 5 star service, and will be returning for future service.
