Excellent service and professionalism by Jesse. Had a last minute request to install windshield wipers and with no hesitation told me he would get a technician to install them. The details matter. Always have a great experience with Norm Reese hence why I make the drive from Rancho Bernard area to get my Honda serviced. Will continue to get my Honda serviced at Norm Reese.

The Service was kind, but it took them 3 hours and 30 mins. To do and oil change and draining and replenish some fluids. The original estimate was $164 which I agree to. Two things were added, when I asked for the cost the person said one costs $17 and the sevond $65. So the total should be close to $250 - $260. Instead I got charged $300. I trusted they would include the total mentioned and then I realized the labor price increased despite the original estimate. The person didn't mention the price increase so I signed and pay. I trusted him and I found it quite deceiving not to mention the change in labor estimates. That's a dishonest billing practice. I don't mind praying more, but you have to bring it to my attention if the estimate changes.
