I take my car oil change today, I find a nail on my tire and would like to fix it. The tires I buy from Norm Reeves Honda. The nail is about 3 inches from the edge. But your adviser refuse to fix it because it is close to the edge of the tire! Actually the nail is on the top and 3 inches from the edge, I believe it is an excuse for refuse to fix it rather than a reason. After that I fix it by discount tire with free of charge.
