At NR Honda, Jessica Johnson listened to my story of the battery dying again. This also happened last year when I played the radio while I was waiting to pick up the kids after school. She remembered testing my battery last year when I brought it in to the dealer where I had recently bought the car. She told me how long this would take, and invited me to the hospitality of coffee and snacks. She did the tests, and more tests, searched back in the records, and yes it was an original 7 year old battery. She was polite, businesslike, and read me the paperwork when I asked her to explain the Warranty. Then I paid, and have more confidence now that my car will start reliably for many years. Thanks.
