Never notified me when my car was ready to be picked up. I also found a rag in my engine cover and I’m extremely upset about that. If I hadn’t looked that could have cause so many issues, just feels like everyone was doing the bare minimum and I have never been so dissatisfied with a Honda service center before.

Cristian was so great! I brought the car in without an appointment. I thought there might be a problem with brakes and he was able to service it right away. He arranged a ride home while the technicians checked the car and one to return. It turned out nothing was wrong.
I expected a diagnostic charge but there was none!! I was amazed. Thank you, Cristian & Norm Reeves Honda for caring about your customer and not just charging me for the time it took to look at the problem!
