Ernesto is nothing short of amazing. Made me feel welcome and at home and in good hands. My first time there since buying my car in simi valley Honda dealer. He took the time to explain everything in detail. Gave me recommendations and didn’t ever make me feel pressured. Answered any and every question I had and took the time to show me around the facility. I had to be at work and he got me a shuttle ride right away. Being the first time buying a car period and from Honda this was my first service and first time at the vista Honda. I had such a good experience I am definitely going to continue servicing my vehicle there. Ernesto is truly a gem. He’s not lucky to be working for the company, the company is lucky to have him.
