I arrived to drop off my car for an unscheduled oil change around lunchtime and had a ride waiting to give me a ride back to work. We sat and waited for about 15 minutes until I was asked to come in to sign paperwork. An employee did offer for me to wait in the shade and offered me a glass of water after he saw I had been waiting for 10 minutes and the car behind me had left. It was very inconvenient. I thought it was strange when week prior to my visit, I had received a tire scan (before I even presented my car for service). How is the tire scan done? When I picked up my car I asked about the front tires and was told they needed to be replaced. I asked why they weren’t just rotated and why they were wearing so soon and was not given any real feedback. Are the tires under warranty for at least 15,000 miles? Anyway, I think I would try a different Honda service station before I’d go back to the Vista location. I did not receive exceptional service and I did not get my questions answered.
