I rarely give bad feedback unless I truly deserve it is warranted. I went in early today 06 MAY 2023 for service (I purchased an oil change and a transmission fluid package), paid over $200.00. I was told my fluids would be topped off as it is included in what I purchased, but upon delivery of the vehicle, I checked the hood and noticed none of the fluid were topped, yet, they were short (windshield, brake, etc), I let the service person know about this and she came up with an excuse and offered to top off my windshield wiper fluid, Gee thanks, but no thanks. I already spent 2 hours waiting for my vehicle, the last thing I wanted was to wait another period of time for something that should have been done prior (considering I paid for it). This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with this dealership. It is operating as if it’s a small used car dealership that has no choice but to scam people in order to make money. Needless to say, I will never bring my car back to NRH Vista. Liars and scammers all around. Would definitely not recommend to my worst enemy.
