I pulled up and nobody was around or came. I went inside and Jesse was almost yelling at me.. “mam go wait in the car! Someone will go out to help you! We are short staffed! There is 1..2..3 (as he pointed) i said uhm ok? Went back to the car some guy that was half asleep came out asked milage, then said ok someone will cone to hell you. Jesse came out never greated me.. just said what are you here for? I said oil change. Then he named all 3 people that called out. He was short and rude!

Norm Reeves of Vista will NEVER have my business!! I have paid for an “oil leak” that you all repaired only to have to return my car today for the same issue to be told, the oil is burning. I do not trust this dealership because a few weeks ago I was given an inspection that the brake pads in my vehicle were 7mm, only to find out that was NOT true. The dealership covered the rotors but ONLY after I inquired about the discrepancy. I’m contemplating filing a complaint with the State of California.
