I requested a cooling system fluid exchange in preparation for a drive to the desert in 2 days. The unopened Cooling System Treatment AND Flush we’re sitting on my car seat when I picked up my vehicle. I’ve left a message two days ago for Omar to call and let me know if the coolant exchange have been done and also called the service center supervisor and left a message and have not received a call back from him either.
