Disappointed with the back and forth to get repairs covered under a factory recall. Then still charged $200 dollars to get fixed even though the failure was caused by the other components

Service was excellent from the second I pulled in, I didn't even turn off my car before someone greeted and helped me. I dropped my car off more than 3 hours early to get myself off to work and in addition to them offering me a ride they completed my car service within 2 hours. Ernesto was great. Ryan was very friendly and communicative. But….I literally just purchased the vehicle and the car is borderline about to explode or catch fire. They did not fix or do any deep investigation into the vehicle other than looking for coolant leak. The car engine block is steaming hot for 2.5 hours after shutting it off still. There needs to be some work done; they cannot sell a car that is dangerous to drive.

For spending more than $50 for an oil change, it would be appreciated to have a simple car wash. I mean I even spend over 35K buying my car from there and drove 40 min to get my oil changed. I think next time I’ll just go to National City Honda to get my oil changed instead.
