Sal was fantastic! Wait time was longer than usual (which was perfectly fine), but Sal kept me informed every step of the way, provided snacks for my children and water too. I made an appointment and it took 15 minutes to get helped. There was no customers at the desks, and I was told to go back to my car to be helped. It didn’t look busy at all and I didn’t know what took so long.
However the service on my car was excellent, so this dealer does good work!
