3 hours with out an update on my car.
For an oil change and recall. Next time an update during the service would be nice even after the first hour. I was also notified about break fluid right before my car was finished again if I would have received better customer service I feel as that it would have been mentioned sooner.

The service was performed on my car and I have no complaints about that. I am concerned that I tried for over an hour to get through to the service department to ascertain if the vehicle was ready for me to pick up. I left a voicemail, spoke to a service rep who said he would call me back… did by not hear from him. I finally called a different department & explain ed my problem. She was very helpful and I got an answer from a different service rep.
